Read and Reflect (60%):  Read the article on multiple exposure.  Write and post a list of 10 things that are essential to this technique, and explain WHY each thing is needed

 

  1. The dark room makes the photo and subject appear cleaner.
  2. a tripod to keep the camera steady and help the image stay clear.
  3. the subject should be human because its easy to ask a human to something instead of a dog.
  4. flashgun to keep the light consistent in the photo.
  5. the camera settings should have long enough exposure times to capture all the movement into one photo.
  6. starting with a small prompt helps understand the concept and the settings that go into it.
  7. neutral/ solid colour backgrounds help with the illusion that there are more people in the room or things are moving/ more than one thing.
  8. keeping the lighting in a certain set helps with the illusion.
  9.  being between f/8 and f/16 makes sure you get every movement into the image.
  10. dont give up- just because the first attempt doesnt work, doesnt mean youll find something good.
